Lance Mountain Doughboy Skateboard Playing Cards

Skateboarding history meets custom playing card design in the Lance Mountain Doughboy Playing Cards, a deck created entirely by legendary skateboarder and artist Lance Mountain.

An original member of the Bones Brigade, Mountain has been creating artwork for his own skateboards since the 1980s. This deck brings that history together with his unmistakable Doughboy character, reimagining decades of influential skateboard graphics across a fully customised pack of cards.

Every court card features Mountain’s interpretation of a piece of skateboarding history, with references to legendary skaters including Tony Hawk, Jeremy Klein, Ray Barbee, John Lucero, Matt Hensley and Natas Kaupas. For skate fans who know the original graphics, there’s plenty here to recognise and discover.

The custom back design goes right back to the beginning of Mountain’s professional career, drawing upon his first Variflex pro model from 1980 as part of a design celebrating his 60th birthday.

Produced by Fulton’s Playing Cards, the deck is housed inside an embossed tuck box with UV gloss detailing and printed on cardistry stock
