Kevin Staab 40th Anniversary Pirate Playing Cards

A celebration of four decades of one of skateboarding’s most recognisable graphics, the Kevin Staab 40th Anniversary Pirate Playing Cards bring Staab’s unmistakable 1980s artwork to a completely custom deck.

Created to mark the 40th anniversary of Kevin Staab’s iconic Pirate graphic, the deck dives into the colourful visual world that helped define an era of skateboard design. The tuck immediately sets the tone, with the grinning pirate surrounded by treasure, skull-and-crossbones imagery and the vivid purples, yellows, reds and blues associated with Staab’s distinctive artwork.

The design doesn’t stop with the Pirate. Artwork from across the 1980s Staab collection is incorporated throughout the playing cards, turning the deck into a miniature retrospective of his skateboard graphics and making it particularly appealing to old-school skating fans and collectors.

Presentation is suitably bold, with the custom tuck featuring two foils, Staab Purple and Treasure Gold, alongside deep embossing and spot gloss details.
