Huitzilopochtli Playing Cards

Inspired by one of the most important deities of Aztec mythology, the Bicycle Huitzilopochtli Playing Cards transform the story and symbolism of the ancient Aztec world into a spectacular, richly illustrated deck.

Huitzilopochtli, associated with the sun and warfare, was a central figure in Aztec religion and the patron deity of the Mexica people. His imagery was closely associated with the hummingbird, eagle and the colour turquoise – influences that can be seen throughout this vibrant design.

The deck is packed with intricate hand-drawn artwork, using a striking palette of turquoise, orange, red, yellow and green. Custom pips and detailed illustrations carry the theme across the cards, while the Ace of Spades and Jokers provide some of the deck’s most impressive artwork.

Produced as a Bicycle-branded deck and printed by the United States Playing Card Company, it combines its highly decorative artwork with Bicycle’s familiar Air-Cushion Finish, making it suitable for card games and handling as well as display.

Finished with a 1,000 Deck Club seal.
