Hotel Fur Elise Playing Cards (Mano Sinistra)

The Hotel Fur Elise Mano Sinistra Standard Edition is a gothic, theatrical deck from the Room One Collection, set inside the strange and haunted world of Hotel Fur Elise.

The tuck box features a spectral elevator design with a lenticular effect. Tilt the box and the ghostly hotel porter appears to shift behind the elevator doors, giving the deck a wonderfully eerie first impression before you even open it.

Inside, the artwork continues the haunted hotel theme. The court cards show the hotel’s doomed guests through keyhole-style illustrations, while the number cards reveal more of the building’s impossible architecture. Each back design features an ornate door, creating the feeling of an endless, shifting hallway when the cards are viewed together.

The card backs are designed with an animated-style concept across the wider Hotel Fur Elise series, inspired by vintage elevator indicators, flickering machinery and old-world Jugendstil detail. It gives the deck a clever sense of movement while keeping the artwork elegant and collectable.

This Standard Edition uses more familiar, practical faces than the more experimental editions in the range.
