Eye of the Ocean – Solis Edition is part of Lorenzo Gaggiotti’s ambitious and intricate Eye of the Ocean series under Stockholm17, a project that blends storytelling, cartography, symbolism and luxury production into one cohesive collector experience.

The Solis edition represents one of three colourways in the series (alongside Lunae and Astra Polaris), distinguished by its radiant tones and refined silver detailing. Every element of the deck has been considered, from the custom Aces, courts and Jokers, to the back design finished with silver foil application that catches the light beautifully.

Printed by Cartamundi on B9 Slimline stock, the cards offer a soft, responsive feel in hand while maintaining durability. This is a fully custom 56-card deck, designed not just for play but for exploration.

One of the defining features of the Eye of the Ocean series is its jigsaw puzzle concept. When arranged correctly, the 56 cards form a detailed map, an interactive layer that elevates the deck beyond a traditional pack of playing cards.

The tuck box is equally distinctive. Printed with silver foil, embossing, interior printing and a custom dieline, it opens in a unique, book-style fashion that enhances the theatrical presentation. Produced in the EU and wrapped in cellophane, the Solis edition reflects Stockholm17’s reputation for high-end, narrative-driven design.
