Some orders are moving quickly, others are very delayed and getting stuck. This has effected some Tracked 24 and 48 deliveries, but not all.
Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays across parts of the network. We dispatch orders promptly and drop parcels directly at our local Royal Mail depot.
We want to be transparent, and say we can’t guarantee that orders placed today will arrive before Christmas. If your order is time-critical, we’d recommend placing it as soon as possible
